This newsletter will be a form for our team to talk to our community while sharing key details in the Axie ecosystem that are important for our future as a guild. This is our way of giving back and helping everyone in our ecosystem stay up to date.

Axie Infinity Builders Program!

The Long-Awaited Builders Program Launches

Axie Infinity has released details surrounding their Builders Program. The program acts as an accelerator for games built on top of the Axie Infinity universe. Any personal Axie NFT someone owns will act as their ticket to all of the games within their ecosystem.
These builders and programs are crucial to the future success of Axie Infinity. They will provide the ecosystem with needed game loops that will create burning mechanisms and sinks. In the past, the program has stated that all games must follow specific economic designs to benefit Axie Infinity stakeholders.
There were 12 initial projects accepted into the program including Inter The Dungeon, Defenders of Lunacian Land (DOLL), Axie To The Moon, Hungry Axie, Axieology, Lunacia Cup, Run Axie Run!, AxiePop, Axie Infinity War, Axie Brawl, Mech Infinity, and Across Lunacia.
These 12 games represent different genres of gaming from casual to battle royales. Axie Infinity will continue to push the boundaries of gaming to include as many user-generated games as possible. The details and timelines of these games are unknown.

Moving The Digital To The Physical

The community has always been at the forefront of the Axie Infinity movement. Players from all over the world have connected with the ecosystem's mission and values to give power back to gamers. In hope of strengthening their community, Axie Infinity will be hosting AxieCon.
Axie Infinity will host the first AxieCon in September, 7th through the 10th, in Barcelona! AxieCon will feature product announcements, merch, parties, developer panels, governance discussions, Esports, and so much more!
This announcement comes weeks after their IRL event meet-up grants which they plan to roll out soon. You can read more about it here.

Origin Early Access Mobile Release!

Mobile Release For Origin, Thousands of Players Join Early Access

Axie Infinity has released their Mobile APK on all Android mobile devices! This represents one step closer to their full global launch with token rewards, NFT runes/charms, and AXS leaderboards.
Axie Infinity: Origin has only been available to users with a desktop. This has severely limited the number of users able to access Origin. Most GamerSpeak scholars play through their mobile devices, meaning they now have access to the new gameplay.
The new mobile release is important for Axie Infinity as they look to improve Origins gameplay through constant updates. They have stated that their number one priority is to prepare the game to be Esports ready.
Alongside the Mobile update, they have released multiple updates to the gameplay to make it more competitive, faster-paced, and visually appealing.

Marketplace Update!

Onto The Next Phase…

As the global launch of Axie Infinity: Origin is ahead of us, the team is starting to push updates to their existing infrastructure.
They have added updates to their marketplaces including; New Origin Axie Art, Updated Dark Theme, Refreshed Land Item Art, and Bug Fixes.
These updates represent a larger shift towards making Axie Infinity a fully 3D game. Furthermore, the marketplace is now also oriented towards helping collectors acquire unique Axies. You can search for rarer Axies that have unique parts including Japanese, Christmas, and Mystic.
